Having Problems With Your System?
We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week if you ever have a problem with your heating or cooling system. However, you may want to run through the checklist before calling. It could save you the cost of a service call!
No Cooling Check List
- Check your thermostat. Is it set to the "cool" position or do you need new batteries? If not, set it to "cool" or change the batteries.
- Check your circuit breaker to make sure it's not tripped to the "off" position.
- Check your filter to make sure it's not plugged with dirt, hair, etc.
- Check your condensing unit to make sure the coil isn't covered with debris.
No Heat Check List
- Check your thermostat. Is it set to the "heat" position or do you need new batteries? If not, set it to "heat" or change the batteries.
- Check your gas shut-off switch to make sure it's to the "on" position.
- Check your circuit breaker to make sure it's not tripped to the "off" position.
- Check to make sure your furnace switch is turned to "on".
- Check to make sure your furnace fuse isn't blown.
- Check your furnace filter to make sure it's not plugged with dirt, hair, etc.
- Check your furnace vent to make sure it's not blocked by ice, snow, etc.
- Make sure your thermostat settings are set to the proper time (AM/PM).
