Heating Unit Clean & Check List:

  1. Check burners and clean
  2. Check gas valve and pressures
  3. Check venting
  4. Carbon Monoxide test
  5. Check heat exchanger
  6. Check and clean drain traps and condensate traps
  7. Inspect air filter and change if necessary
  8. Check all safety
  9. Check vent motor and blower motor
  10. Change belts or grease bearings if necessary
  11. Check thermostat and adjust if necessary
  12. Test complete heating cycle

Cooling Unit Clean & Check List

  1. Check and clean condenser coil
  2. Check voltage, wiring, and connections
