We've been using Cardinal for several years now for heating and air. We have the Cardinal Cares plan, so we get a call every 6 months to schedule our heat and AC maintenance. We also used Cardinal recently to clean out dryer vents. The technicians are always professional and friendly. I love that we get a text with our technicians name and picture when they're on their way so we can be sure that the person at the door is who they say they are.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and thorough and careful to explain the work and instruct me on how the HVAC system worked and where vital elements like filters and cut-off switches were located. The mysterious hi-tech thermostat we inherited from the previous homeowner was also explained. We have never had a bad experience with Cardinal! When our water heater finally gave up the ghost after being given a year to live seven years ago, Cardinal was our first choice. By the end of the day on the same day I took my first unexpectedly cold shower, we had called and had service scheduled for the following morning. The plumber that installed our new water heater was professional, friendly, took extra time to explain things and answer questions, and did the install work quickly and cleanly. They removed the old and busted water heater and replaced it with new hotness! The work was completed in just four hours from the moment the technician stepped through the door to when we signed off on work completion! The cost was good, the service was fast and efficient, and we'll be glad to work with them again on future repairs and replacements. Just, hopefully not too soon. 🙂

I had an electrical outlet installed for a sump pump and was scheduled for a wiring repair, but this ended up being more complicated than anticipated. Paul worked exceptionally hard to resolve the problem, but ultimately, it will require additional work. He kept me informed throughout and provided suggestions to resolve the issue. My furnace/AC went out on Friday and Cardinal had a tech out on Saturday morning. He provided options to either fix or replace the furnace and we ended up having a new unit installed on Tuesday morning.
