Paul did a great job going over our system and explaining the problems we were having and how to fix them. We have a really old system anyway, but there was a lot of diy that had been done that he picked up on that we were never told about when we bought the house.

We asked the technician to check whether our water heater was damaged at all as a result of a laundry tub filled with water overflowing and spilling onto the basement floor. We also had the tech evaluate the noise created by turning on the faucet in our guest room bathtub. The tech’s analysis indicated neither issue required any repair.

I had the technician (Mike Myers) come in and look at our heating and cooling unit to take care of a a pipe and filter issue and they went above and beyond to make sure our unit was fully functional, safe, And were completely professional & personable the whole time. We will definitely be using cardinal in the future!In a separate visit, we had Matt Korth replace our water heater. The process was so easy, so efficient, and he went above and beyond in making sure the whole system was working well. He was personable, professional, and we will definitely be requesting him for our future plumbing needs!

Jonathon was extremely professional and personable. He was positive and fixed the problem immediately. He was clear with what he thought would need to be completed and the estimated price prior to completing the work after his initial diagnosis. He ended up not needing to complete one item on the estimate and removed it from the invoice. I appreciate his honesty and integrity as other companies may have left the charge on.I also really appreciated the text from Cardinal telling me what technician was coming, a brief bio about him and a photo of him. As women, unfortunately sometimes it’s a little nerve wracking to know you’ll be home alone with a stranger. So, having all that information really set me at ease. I 100% will be using Cardinal Heating and Cooling for all our future needs.
