Steve from Cardinal arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning out our duct work. We just had a renovation done, and the ducts had everything from drywall dust, tile and drywall shards, small pieces of insulation, to dropped nails in them. It took him a little over 7 hours to set up the equipment, clean the ductwork, and the clean up after himself. We were very impressed with the entire process. I highly recommend them.

What's Our Process Like?

Well, this is a full day job. Our tech arrives at 8am and is going to seal off the vents and registers to create a good suction. Then he’ll cover the coil above the furnace to block any heavier dust and dirt from entering or clogging it. He’ll cut holes in your vents to connect the vacuum, and to make sure he gets all the dirt off the sides of the ducts. Don’t worry, he is going to plug them when he’s done!

As our tech is cleaning he’s going to use a high pressure airline using a push/pull method with a variety of attachments and tools to clear the dust and any debris from your ducts and push it towards the vacuum. He will clean every register and vent in your home from the top down to make sure all the dust and debris is cleared and moved towards the vacuum.

Things You Can do to Help Before Our Tech Arrives:

  • Have a space available for our tech to park in the driveway. 
  • Make sure all your vents and registers are clear so that our tech can easily access all of them. 
  • Clear space around your furnace for our tech to easily move our equipment in and out.
