I don’t normally write reviews (this is the first), but this was the second time I used Cardinal for plumbing issues, and I am very pleased with the work that was done. Matt K. was the technician both times. He was very professional, friendly, and knows what he is doing. I plan on using Cardinal for future projects, and Matt discussed the options and gave price quotes for each.

First time contracting a plumber for my 100-year-old house. Called Cardinal off of a strong recommendation from a friend. First phone call to arrival was about 30 minutes! Great professionalism, very detailed and responsive, honest assessment of the issues, and involved me at each step and decision. Despite what looks like it will be a large plumbing project (as I kind of expected) I feel more comfortable knowing I am working with this team.

Our technician Jonathon was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and on time. He resolved all of our plumbing issues and answered all of our questions in a timely and courteous manner. We would recommend Jonathon and Cardinal to our family and friends.

Cardinal does an excellent job with all their services. We have primarily used them for plumbing and electrical over several years and have had no issues.

They came out to repair some plumbing issues and did such a nice job I had them come back to install a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. Punctual, great work, everything looks really nice/clean and matches, they were done a little quicker than I expected, and I was billed the same as the quote. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Kevin did a fantastic job with installing the air gap for our dishwasher and replacing our main valve. Everything looks great and he cleaned up afterwards. We also got a chance to chat about a few other plumbing issues around the house that I had questions about. Thanks again!

From the second I called Cardinal to book am appointment to have my water heater looked at until Kevin left after replacing the water heater and installing a water softener, every interaction and discussion was absolutely incredible in terms of their professionalism and customer service. I could not be happier with my experiences and interactions. I am happy to recommend Cardinal and Kevin to anyone needing

They really saved me last night! At 6p we discovered water in our finished basement. We immediately tried getting rid of the water but We soon discovered that the sump pump had stopped working. I called my local plumber, who I have given tons of work between my commercial buildings and my home, but no response even through the emergency option. I had used Cardinal in the past for an HVAC repair but not for plumbing. I called and to my relief there was a live person who answered after 3 rings. I live over 40 miles away but in a little over an hour the Cardinal service man arrived at my home. He even stayed awhile to make sure that the water was going away. He also fixed another item that I was told that there wasn’t a fix for. I am having them come back to install a more reliable back up system asap. I will continue to use Cardinal for all of my HVAC/plumbing needs.

I called Cardinal plumbing and heating at 7:30 in the morning they arrived at 9:30 in the morning and they installed my new water heater cleaned up and left by 1130. The technicians were extremely polite knowledgeable and friendly. When they left the area was cleaner than when they arrived. I am very pleased!

Cardinal was responsive, professional, and helpful when my water heater stopped working. They were able to get out to my house quickly and figure out that it needed a full replacement, which was done that same day. Everything is working perfectly and the service was wonderful! The plumber, Paul, explained my options in an easy to understand way. He was also understanding of my noisy dogs 🙂

Amber worked her magic to get a good technician scheduled for an installation service. Levi installed a new and better water softener system in our home. He was very friendly, informative, and did great work. We are excited to have better quality water and we will have significantly reduced costs of softener salt from what we were putting in our old system. Overall great experience! Thanks Levi!
