Theta Chi Fraternity at the University of Wisconsin Madison chapter needed to build a new Fraternity house. The frat house went out for public bid and that’s not the sort of work that Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, usually pursues, notes Keith Ouimette, the contractor’s HVAC project manager, estimator and solar division manager. Then Ouimette noticed that the job was all radiant floor heat, Cardinal Heating’s specialty.
